This Privacy Policy applies to teachers, parents, and students who use the Süper Ders mobile application ("App", "Süper Ders"). By using the App, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.

The App is developed by Sami Ünal ("we", "us", "the developer").

1. Data We Collect

When you use Süper Ders, we collect the following categories of data:

1.1 Account and Contact Information

Name: Used to identify the teacher, parent, or student account

Email Address: Used for account creation and login (authentication)

1.2 Identifiers

User ID: Used to uniquely identify your account within our system

Device ID: Used for push notification delivery and technical support

1.3 User Content

Messages: Free-text messages sent between teachers and parents/students within the App are stored on our servers

1.4 Purchase Information

Purchase History: Information about your subscription status (premium membership) and purchase transactions. We never see or store your payment card details; these are processed directly by the Apple App Store / Google Play.

1.5 Usage and Technical Data

Product Interaction Data: In-app usage statistics (such as app launches and feature usage)

Crash Data: Error reports collected to improve app stability

Performance Data: Data related to app speed and technical performance

The App does not collect location, health, financial account/card numbers, photos/videos, audio recordings, contact lists, or browsing history.

2. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

Creating, verifying, and securing your account

Providing notification and messaging features between teachers, parents, and students

Verifying your subscription status and unlocking premium features

Monitoring the App's technical performance and identifying and fixing bugs

Analyzing general usage trends to improve the App

Your data is never used for advertising purposes and is never shared with any advertising network. The App does not display third-party ads.

4. Data Sharing

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes with any third party other than the service providers listed above. Your data may only be shared:

With competent authorities in case of a legal obligation

With technical service providers necessary for the operation of the App

5. Data Security

Your data is protected on Google Firebase infrastructure using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Reasonable technical and administrative measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access to your account. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request the deletion of your account, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

Süper Ders allows student data to be used for in-school notifications and points tracking; however, student accounts are managed by a teacher or parent. The App does not independently collect data directly from children under 13; information relating to a student is entered into the system by a teacher or parent. If a parent wishes to review or request deletion of information related to their child, they may contact us using the details in Section 9 below.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and where applicable the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed

To request information about data that has been processed

To learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose

To request correction or deletion of your data

To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred
